We will be holding a raffle. Please bring donations. To win the raffle, students will be required to visit vendor booths. Schedule for Tuesday 8/12/25 - Guest speaker: 3:00pm Dinner: 4:00pm Raffle: 5:00pm

Vendors will be allowed to exhibit for the week. Just let us know if you are available for the week or a day.

Booth Only - $150.00
Continental Breakfast - One Day - $300.00
Lunch - One Day - $500.00
BBQ Dinner - Tuesday Night - $1,000.00

Vendor fee is $150 and we will supply the tables (6’ x 2’), chairs, and electricity for your display. If you sponsor a lunch, the booth fee will be waived. Sponsors will be reconized through social media and in the printed pamphlet.

Special Instructions:

Please let us know If your company needs assistance with any of the following: displaying apparatus or other large equipment, displaying a stand-alone banner representing your company in the registration area of the facility for the week, or any other needs.
