MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION & RENEWAL FORM

Annual dues cover an individual or an organization. Dues are for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31. Annual dues are $50.00 for regular membership and $80.00 for Vendor Membership. If dues are not in by the first day of July, your membership will expire.

After you’ve submitted this form you will be taken to a membership dues payment page. Dues must be paid before your application will be processed.

Membership Options & Payment

**Announcement** In order to pay a reduced rate for the 2025 academy, membership must be active. **Starting in July 1, 2025 expired/new memberships will be subject to a $35 reinstatement fee in addition to the renewal fee.
Current vendor members will be advertised on our website home page and their logo will be printed in the quarterly newsletter.
